Job Summary

Provides senior-level leadership and technical oversight of the enterprise systems environment.
Manages the VMware platform virtual and physical server infrastructure operating systems core services (Active Directory DNS DHCP) and all cloud environments (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).
Oversees system health lifecycle management software renewals and Tier 3 escalations. Provides guidance task assignments and mentoring to the systems team.

Skills Required
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise systems engineering including senior or lead responsibilities.
Expert-level knowledge of VMware virtualization Windows Server Linux systems storage platforms and enterprise directory services.
Experience managing enterprise Active Directory DNS/DHCP group policies and identity integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) hybrid architectures and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS models.
Ability to perform in depth troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex system issues.
Experience planning and executing large-scale system upgrades migrations and lifecycle replacement.
Ability to prepare system standards documentation diagrams and procedures.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Advanced certifications preferred (e.g. VCP MCSE Azure/AWS Architect)

Required Skills:

SExperience: 5 years in systems engineering infrastructure support or monitoring roles. 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers virtualized environments (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP). Basic networking understanding (DNS TCP/IP load balancing). Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred). Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring. Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g. healthcare financial services). Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration across teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.


Required Education:

Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science or equivalent experience
