In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3 your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
Define and develop solution architecture steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platforms capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability reliability and user experience while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards
Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience
Lead the SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) stream across AMS support and enhancements
Manage incident problem and change lifecycle ensuring SLA compliance and improved MTTR
Own SD solution design and configuration in S/4HANA environment
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM FI WM/EWM integration)
Support release management testing (UAT) and hypercare activities
Mentor L2/L3 team members and ensure quality of deliverables
Engage stakeholders for requirements prioritization and governance reporting

Core Skills & Experience
Experience in SAP SD with lead role.
Strong expertise in S/4HANA SD processes and configuration
Proven experience in AMS delivery (ITIL Incident Change Problem management)
Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle (pricing billing deliveries returns)
Experience with interfaces IDOCs and enhancements (WRICEF objects)
Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow / SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skill and Experience
SAP SD / S/4HANA Certification
Exposure to Fiori Output Management (BRF)
Experience in global delivery model and distributed teams

Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
