West Monroe is seeking aPrincipalto help financial services organizations transform customer experiences modernize operations and drive business value through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Agentforce and AI-enabled solutions. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders lead complex transformation programs drive business development and contribute to the growth of our Salesforce practice.

What You Will Do

• Lead Salesforce transformation initiatives for banking wealth management insurance and other financial services clients.
• Advise executives on Financial Services CloudAgentforce AI CRM strategy and customer engagement transformation.
• Lead solution design implementation and adoption efforts that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Guide clients in leveragingAgentforce Einstein AI generative AI and automation to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis synthesize complex information and support data-driven recommendations for clients exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
• Apply AI technologies (e.g. generative AI automation tools data models) to enhance insights improve delivery efficiency and elevate the quality of client outcomes. .
• Support proposals solution positioning and pursuit efforts in collaboration with Salesforce alliance teams and strategic partners.
• Support the growth of the Salesforce practice through thought leadership talent development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop reusable methodologies and best practices related to FSCAgentforce and AI-enabled transformation.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants during delivery and through performance management.

What You Will Bring

• 7 years of consulting technology or business transformation experience including leadership of enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Deepexpertisein Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and financial services business processes.
• Experience leadingAgentforce Einstein AI generative AI or other AI-enabled Salesforce initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and develop trusted client relationships.
• Experience developing transformation strategies business cases and technology roadmaps.
• Salesforce certifications preferred; FSC and AI-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy mitigate bias and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Strong analytical problem solving and quality assurance experience.
• Strong communicationskills to be able to work with C-level clients.
• Ability to travel 25 to 50%.
