As the Partner Solutions Principal Product and Business Development Manager for Office Print Solutions you will lead the vision strategy and execution of partner-powered solutions that enhance print scan and workflow experiences for our customers. You will identify develop and scale strategic partnerships and solution integrations that expand HPs ecosystem accelerate time-to-market and drive measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with product management engineering sales marketing legal finance and partner teams you will shape joint value propositions influence product and platform roadmaps and deliver end-to-end partner solutions from concept through launch and lifecycle management. You will serve as a key evangelist for our partner ecosystemaligning internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver differentiated customer value and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the partner solutions vision strategy and roadmap for Office Print Solutions aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
  • Identify evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities (ISVs SIs cloud/platform partners workflow providers OEMs) that extend HP capabilities and create differentiated solutions.
  • Lead partner solution discovery and definition: customer problem framing partner fit assessment joint value proposition requirements and success metrics.
  • Own end-to-end execution for partner solutions coordinating technical integration enablement launch readiness and post-launch optimization across internal and partner teams.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner solutions (pipeline attach/adoption revenue margin retention NPS usage) and use insights to guide investments and improvements.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners including positioning packaging pricing inputs sales motions and marketing programs.
  • Partner closely with sales and field teams to enable partner solutions: training playbooks partner-ready collateral and feedback loops to improve win rates.
  • Drive partnership governance: QBRs operating rhythms escalation paths and business reviews to ensure accountability and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive ecosystems; translate insights into partner strategy build/buy/partner recommendations and roadmap influence.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Engineering Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 10 years of experience spanning product management partner management alliances business development or solution commercialization in a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience with print document workflow managed services or adjacent enterprise software ecosystems is strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expertise in building and scaling strategic partnerships including opportunity assessment partner selection and solution alignment.
  • Proven track record of delivering partner-integrated products/solutions that drive adoption and measurable business impact (revenue attach retention customer satisfaction).
  • Strong understanding of solution commercialization: packaging pricing inputs contracts enablement and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate customer workflows into clear requirements and integration briefs for engineering teams and partners.
  • Experience managing cross-company technical integrations (APIs security identity cloud services) and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
  • Relentless passion for customer experience and advocacy for ease of deployment reliability and supportability in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills for technical business and executive audiencesinternally and with partners.
  • Strong leadership collaboration and influencing skills in matrixed organizations; ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking including market analysis business case development and prioritization.
  • Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management including navigating legal/commercial terms and driving alignment to close and scale partnerships.

The pay range for this role is $130700 to $205200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related
knowledge skills and experience.
