Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Demonstrate through previous work experience an ability to effectively communicate with adults and children. Possess a high degree of organizational skills time management and professionalism.
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be willing to complete 7-9 hours of professional development throughout the school year
• Highly Qualified as per the Michigan Department of Education Guidelines

-Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equalto 60 semester hours)*; or

-Obtain an associates degree (or higher); or

-Meet a rigorous standard of quality and demonstrate through passage of an approved formal state academic assessment ETS Parapro Assessment** - Online
A passing score of 460 is required

Work Schedule:

• 2 Hours/Day (exact time to be determined by building principal)
