Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Leadership

Administration N.C. Administrators Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum five years experience as a teacher including 2 years as an Assistant Principal or comparable experience leading adults

Other qualifications as the Superintendent and Board of Education may find appropriate

JOB GOAL:To serve as the leader of a school in developing and implementing policies programs
curriculum activities and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student
and the professional development of each staff member.
