Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/CPSO. This CPSO position for the support of a program(s) as it relates to all applicable classified federal contractual customer and company requirements. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced high profile program; create maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials documents and equipment. Experience in program security with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control personnel security physical security OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings interpretations and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling storing and keeping records and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual ICD 705 ICD 704 and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 6 years of CPSO Security or related experience or MS Degree and 4 years of CPSO Security or related experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors.

Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual ICD 705 ICD 704 and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Current Active Top Secret Clearance.

US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DISS SIMS and or JADE.


Primary Level Salary Range: $89900.00 - $134900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience education skills and current market conditions.
