Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Principal Front-End Developer to lead architecture and development efforts for enterprise-scale web and mobile applications. This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks authentication systems design systems and cloud-native development.
Required Qualifications- 8 years of Front-End Development experience
- 3 years in Principal Staff or Lead Engineer capacity
- Expert-level experience with:
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- React Native
- Headless CMS experience ( preferred)
- OAuth2/OIDC authentication platforms
- State management tools (Redux React Query Zustand Apollo)
- GraphQL and REST APIs
- Azure Cloud
- CI/CD pipelines
- Frontend observability tools (Datadog Sentry)
- WCAG accessibility standards
- Multi-brand and multi-tenant platforms
- Healthcare industry experience
- HIPAA HITRUST or PCI-DSS compliance
- Storybook and Figma workflows
- AI/ML personalization features
- Flutter development
- Micro Frontend Architecture
