Job Summary
Principal Engineer Medical Device R&D
Seeking a Principal Engineer to support the development of next-generation catheter-based technologies within a growing vascular R&D organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of medical device product development experience with strong preference for balloon catheter or catheter-based device expertise. This individual will lead projects from concept through commercialization including design prototyping testing verification and manufacturing transfer.
Location: St. Paul MN (5 days/week onsite)
Relocation: Available for exceptional candidates
Compensation: $190K-$200K base 20% target bonus up to $45K annual long-term incentives (based on company performance).
Ideal backgrounds include interventional cardiology vascular structural heart electrophysiology or other catheter-based medical device development.
