Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Principal Architect III ServiceNow Architect on behalf of our client in Easton (Columbus) Ohio.

This senior-level architecture role is responsible for designing governing and evolving enterprise solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership across the ServiceNow platform including platform design integrations CMDB security release management and enterprise-wide solution architecture. The role requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and strategic solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Define and promote architecture standards principles governance processes and best practices.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

• Evaluate current-state architecture identify gaps and recommend improvements.

• Design and oversee inbound and outbound ServiceNow integrations.

• Develop and maintain application and technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

• Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise architecture standards and governance requirements.

• Collaborate with project teams business leaders and technical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Facilitate software and technology evaluations including architecture reviews and product selection.

• Document architecture decisions solution designs and implementation strategies.

• Support organizational transformation initiatives by assessing operational technical and business impacts.

• Provide architectural guidance across application infrastructure data and technology domains.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• 5 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines within client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments.

• Experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • Technical Architecture

  • Application Development

  • Middleware

  • Database Management

  • Network Management

  • IT Operations

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and products including:

  • Core Platform

  • CMDB

  • Integrations

  • Security

  • Release Management

  • Update Set Promotion

• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and architecture frameworks.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.

• 3 years of experience leading technology initiatives and teams.

• 3 years of hands-on experience supporting and architecting ServiceNow platforms.

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise solutions across business application data infrastructure and technology domains.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive architecture strategy across large organizations.

• Strong organizational prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
