Principal Analog Application Engineer for Custom Electromagnetic flows

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with our customers who are focused on heterogeneously integrated solutions. Focus is on RFIC RF module and multichip module design space.
• Helping customers adopt and proliferate our systems solutions including heterogeneous integration and electromagnetic and thermal analysis
• Consulting with customers to understand their flow requirements and creating solutions that best meet their needs
• Conducting technical presentations technical training and product demonstrations including development of customized presentations
• Supporting technical evaluations and benchmarks
• Collaborating with Sales Management to identify and prioritize opportunities and to assist in developing winning sales strategies
• Working with Cadence Engineering and Marketing to communicate requirements and drive resolution of issues

Required Experience/Skills:

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Cadence custom schematic and layout tools is required
• Must possess a working knowledge of electromagnetic solvers and analog simulation
• CAD experience in setting up Cadence tools is desirable
• Experience in parasitic extraction flows is a plus
• Strong problem-solving communication organizational planning and presentation skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and productively in a fast paced and dynamic environment

The annual salary range for California is $123200 to $228800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus equity and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
