Overview
We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer who can design build and operationalize AI driven automation workflows while also mentoring and training other engineers. This role combines hands on delivery with technical leadership across the full SDLC from design to cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI based automation workflows (including NLP LLMs and RAG where applicable).
- Own the end to end SDLC: requirements design development testing deployment monitoring and production support.
- Architect and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) with proper CI/CD security observability and scalability.
- Define reference architectures reusable pipelines and best practices for AI/ML automation.
- Actively train mentor and upskill team members enabling broader adoption of AI/ML capabilities across delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI driven solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands on experience in AI/ML engineering including model development deployment and lifecycle management.
- Experience building automation workflows using AI/ML (e.g. intelligent decisions predictions NLP/LLM integration).
- Solid proficiency in Python and/or modern frameworks (FastAPI/Flask) with experience exposing ML capabilities via APIs.
- Experience with monitoring drift detection and retraining automation.
- Proven ability to lead technically and train other engineers (not just individual contribution).
