The Centralized Engineering PMO empowers Wireless RAN business initiatives to execute with excellence. We provide structured project management foster collaboration and consistently drive projects to success. We support the teams that build and upgrade the core infrastructure that powers the national wireless network and we operate as a trusted strategic and efficient partner to multiple cross functional organizations and field teams nationwide.

As a Principal Engineer on the CE PMO Team you will serve as the central technical project management lead for large-scale nationwide deployments driving transformational initiatives that carry significant budget and strategic importance for the company. You will act as the authoritative program lead for large scale programs owning execution from strategy through field delivery while managing capital risk and cross-functional alignment at a national scale.

• Owning end-to-end delivery of large scale national network deployment programs from strategic planning through field execution and closeout.
• Building and continuously refining standardized frameworks playbooks and governance processes that accelerate program launches and enable proactive execution.
• Driving vendor governance and accountability by defining end-to-end processes and escalation paths ensuring third-party and OEM deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with technical requirements.
• Developing and maintaining reporting infrastructureincluding dashboards scorecards and executive summariesto provide real-time visibility into program status risks and KPIs.
• Leading cross-functional program teams spanning Centralized Engineering Maintenance Engineering Sourcing & Supply Chain Planning Regulatory and Field teams driving alignment without direct authority.
• Establishing and running recurring communication cadences including market kick-offs progress reviews and leadership briefings.
• Monitoring concurrent national programs maintaining accurate dependency and milestone tracking while proactively eliminating roadblocks.
• Managing large-scale project budgets ensuring strict forecasting and financial accountability.

You find personal satisfaction in analyzing complex problems delivering actionable solutions and communicating with clarity to align diverse stakeholders.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through one or a cobination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
• Five or mroe years of technical program/project management experience including leading large-scale capital-intensive programs from strategy through execution.
• Proven experience owning multi-million-dollar (ideally multi-market or national-scale) capital programs including budget ownership forecasting and financial risk management.
• Experience designing and standardizing project management frameworks governance processes or playbooks for repeatable program execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Telecommunications Business or a related field.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical status into clear audience-appropriate leadership updates.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity managing multiple concurrent high-visibility programs and making decisions under time and financial pressure.
• Expertise in the wireless network deployment process.
• Experience working in internal tools such as FUZE CND INAM IOP RFDS.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini Claude NotebookLM) to optimize daily operations drive workflow efficiency and elevate work quality.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining program reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with vendor/OEM management.
• Familiarity with capital planning and financial governance processes.

In this hybrid role youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
