Raytheon is currently seeking a Project Management Liaison/Meeting and Event Specialist to provide subject matter expertise and day-to-day program support to Raytheon U.S. Government (USG) and international customers. This position will serve as an SME for the Meeting Events & Engagement Team (MEET) and independently manage the operational and logistical requirements for conferences Program Management Reviews working groups trade shows and similar events.

What You Will Do:

• Manage assigned program budgets schedules tasks and customer requirements with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a liaison between Raytheon Program Managers U.S. Government and international customers and internal functional organizations.
• Assess project issues develop solutions drive problem resolution and establish mechanisms to monitor project performance and progress.
• Provide guidance to junior Program Liaison personnel and support Program Managers with complex problem solving and decision-making.
• Review and analyze program financials offering recommendations on forecasting manpower planning cost management and Estimate at Complete (EAC) while owning assigned requirements from planning through closeout.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience managing programs projects meetings events or complex customer requirements.
• Experience reviewing financials budgets forecasts and cost information with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to guide and support junior personnel and travel as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proven ability to work independently prioritize multiple tasks and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Strong analytical organizational planning and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
• 5 years of relevant experience in program management project management meeting/event management hospitality communications operations or related field.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government and/or international customers.
• Experience supporting PMRs working groups conferences trade shows or customer engagements.
• Experience with forecasting manpower planning EACs cost control and/or EVMS.
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience working in the aerospace and defense industry.
• PMP EVMS or other relevant certification preferred.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: position is an ONSITE role located at our Huntsville AL site.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
