Primary Montessori Directress

Neshaminy Montessori is seeking a passionate experienced Montessori Primary Directress to join our dedicated team. We are a well-established Montessori school in Bucks County Pennsylvania serving children for more than 50 years. Our beautiful campus and collaborative faculty provide an environment where both children and teachers thrive.

We are looking for an educator who believes in fostering independence curiosity and a lifelong love of learning through authentic Montessori principles. The ideal candidate is warm organized collaborative and committed to creating a peaceful engaging classroom where every child is respected and encouraged to reach their full potential.

• Lead a Montessori Primary classroom (ages 36).
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful organized Montessori environment.
• Present Montessori lessons with fidelity to Montessori philosophy.
• Observe assess and guide each childs individual development.
• Foster independence confidence and social-emotional growth.
• Build positive professional relationships with families through regular communication.
• Collaborate with administrators and fellow teachers to support the schools mission.

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Education Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Montessori Early Childhood (Primary 36) Certification (AMS AMI MACTE-accredited or equivalent).
• Experience teaching in a Montessori Primary classroom.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine love of working with young children.

• Pennsylvania teaching certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience working collaboratively within an established Montessori community.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
