Schedule: Monday - Friday
No weekends or holidays!
**Must complete a minimum of three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**
LPN Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Licensure: Active LPN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
RN Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing Graduation from registered nursing program bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelors degree
Licensure: Active RN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
Highly Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
Excellent time management and prioritization.
Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
