Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Rochester New Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an established patient panel while practicing in a collaborative patient-centered environment supported by one of the nations leading healthcare systems.

What Youll Do
Comprehensive Primary Care
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine including preventive care chronic disease management acute visits wellness exams and transitional care.
- Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Four clinical days per week
- No routine provider call; after-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program
Team-Based Care
- Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider
- Supported by embedded Behavioral Health Social Work Care Management Diabetes Education Medication Access Coordinators Virtual Clinical Support and dedicated RN and MA support.
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred)
- Passion for collaborative patient-centered care

Thesalary range for this position is $250000to $290000annually.Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience education and internal equity.
