Youll step into an established outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care with a full clinical support team. Were open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians who value autonomy efficiency and patient-centered care.

Approximately 21 patients per 9-hour day or 27 patients per 12-hour day

What makes you a great fit
You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Virginia medical license
You enjoy providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
Youre comfortable with an efficient patient flow
You value teamwork autonomy and continuity of care
You communicate effectively and are efficient with EMR documentation

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $215000$240000
