Youll provide comprehensive primary care while seeing patients at outpatient clinics in both Fitchburg and Leominster. Youll work alongside an experienced physician-led team with the flexibility to choose from 8 10 or 12-hour shifts while enjoying the autonomy to practice medicine your way in a mission-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Starting at $225000 for a 36-hour work week
• Sign-on bonus: $30000
• Bonus opportunity: Quarterly quality bonus of up to $20000 annually

• Retirement: 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match
• 457(b) deferred compensation plan available for eligible physicians
• Paid Time Off plus 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $3500 annual allowance
