Compensation & Benefits
$250000 base salary

2 weeks PTO in the first year
Office closed the last 2 weeks of the year

1 CME conference per year
No on-call requirements
Relocation assistance up to $15000
Outpatient-only onsite position
Requirements
MD or DO with active unrestricted Florida medical license
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
New graduates considered
Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive mission-driven environment
Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred not required)
Responsibilities
MondayThursday (9am5pm) Friday (9am2pm)
Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Deliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit LGBTQ inclusive setting
Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
Conduct evaluations diagnoses treatment planning and prescribing
Educate patients on prevention wellness and chronic disease management
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
Uphold organizational mission values and standards of care
