Primary Care Physician

As our Primary Care Physician you will help individuals and families get high-value top quality accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities.

Every day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions manage chronic diseases perform wellness exams and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g. flu strep throat).
• Perform annual physicals wellness exams and preventive health screenings.
• Administer immunizations and promote preventive care strategies.
• Manage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes arthritis and cardiovascular disease.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care.

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Current and unrestricted Physician License to practice in applicable state
• Must have successfully completed a residency and / or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
• Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty by a board acceptable to hospital
• Obtain medical staff privileges within the health system at sponsoring institution
• Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
