Volt is immediately hiring for aPress Machine Operator in Visalia CA.

As a Press Machine Operatoryou will:

• Safely operate 6-color Comco and 4-color Kidder Flexographic printing presses.
• Perform press setup and changeovers for production runs.
• Load and unload anilox rolls plate cylinders and paper rolls.
• Verify printing plates are installed in the correct sequence.
• Register print and match colors using computer controls and visual inspection.
• Monitor print quality and perform quality checks throughout production.
• Check and maintain ink pH viscosity and doctor blade performance.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Review templates eye marks and color standards for accuracy.
• Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming print jobs.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule:Monday - Friday - 4pm-12amsubject to weekends and overtime. Must be able to train on 1^st shift for 3 months 8am-4pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background and drug screen.
• Must be able to communicate in English

Pay rate: $20.01 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
