Press Assistant-12 hour shift

Outlook Group is seeking a dedicated Press Assistant to be part of our team! You will be responsible for assisting in daily operations with the Label Press Operator which includes catching product as it comes off the press boxing and palletizing finished goods and rewinding work.

We are willing to train and offer plenty of room for advancement. If you are looking to get your foot in the door to start a career path in printing this is a great place to start!

Shift available:

6:00am-6:00pm on a 223 schedule

No Swing Shifts!

Get paid 20 hours of overtime for working your normal 223 schedule each pay period!

Work half the year!

Outlook Group serves customers in the food and beverage private label personal care consumer healthcare packaging consumer products and contract packaging markets with innovative packaging solutions including labels shrink sleeves folding cartons flexible packaging fulfillment and contract packaging solutions.

As a Press Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Operator
• Cutting and gluing cores
• Packaging product and labeling boxes
• Finishing turret operations
• Following work instructions
• Assisting with quality tracking
• Assist with rework

Qualified applicants will have:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically and be able to stand for the majority of their shift
• Experience working at a fast pace
• Ability to work on several tasks in order to keep the machine running efficiently
