Position Summary

TheâPresidentis responsible forrunning day-to-day business operations and will directly lead the service department performing commercial HVAC services throughout the tri-state area based in Mineola addition the President has full P&L ownership and is accountable for achieving budgeted sales and profit goals. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and significant commercial HVAC operational experience in the tri-state market. This position will report to our Regional VP of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Achievebudgeted revenue and profit goals.

• Develop and implement growth plans across all lines of business.

• Develop and implement plan to be the employer of choice in the region and increase the size of our field workforce (technicians)

• Lead all departments and functions including all aspects of sales customer service quality control projectexecutionand field operations.

• Develop new client relationships and builda salescapability in the market to build relationshipsacrossexisting and prospective customers.

• Identifyand implement operational improvements across all departments (systems processes pricing quality control customer service project estimation and execution field productivity etc.).

• Oversee the financial operations of the company including managing budgets and financialobjectivesachievement ofsales targets controlling expenses providing financial reporting and delivering results.

• Build long-term business relationships with clients vendorssub-contractorsand partner companies within the Crete portfolio.

Position Requirements

• Strong leader with atrack-recordof leading teams to achieve results.

• Desire to lead a company through a period of transition and rapid growth.

• 10 years management experience in the commercial HVAC industry in the tri-state region.

• Previousservice management or service sales experience

• Commercial HVAC technical knowledge gained through experience as a technician (sheet metal pipefitter service tech) estimator project manager engineer or operations/service manager.

• Previousexperience leading teams of 10 or more people

• Previousexperience in a P&L responsible role

• Strong communicationskills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Work Excel etc.)
