Preservation Supervisor

****Average salary is $66060.80 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)****

Position Summary

The Family Preservation Supervisor oversees Family Preservation staff within an assigned region ensuring quality services that promote child safety family stability and well-being. This role provides clinical and administrative supervision supports staff development ensures contract and policy compliance coordinates services with community partners and serves as a liaison with courts and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Family Preservation Case Managers and Family Support Workers.
• Provide coaching training and trauma-informed supervision to staff.
• Ensure timely accurate and compliant case documentation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with courts community partners and public/private agencies to meet family needs.
• Monitor referrals assign cases and oversee contract compliance.
• Facilitate team meetings staff development and program planning activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed.
• Compile reports maintain data systems and ensure accurate program reporting.
• Promote cultural responsiveness teamwork and positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or a related human services field preferred; Bachelors degree in a human services field required.
• Current Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board licensure (LBSW LMLP LMFT LPC LCP or equivalent) required.
• Supervisory experience in child welfare family services or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
