Location: The Learning Experience - Foxboro MA
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
- Lead a preschool classroom and implement engaging daily learning experiences
- Support childrens cognitive social-emotional language and physical development
- Create lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with developmental milestones
- Foster a positive inclusive and nurturing classroom culture
- Guide classroom routines transitions and behavior management strategies
- Observe and document childrens developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and child development
- Maintain a safe organized and engaging learning environment
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Prior preschool teaching experience preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and educational learning experiences
- Passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
