What will you be doing
At Learn And Play Montessori School our teachers bring warmth patience and understanding to the classroom every day. We focus on encouraging children to learn play and grow. Our Montessori STEM based curriculum promotes social physical verbal and cognitive development inspiring children to become lifelong learners. Our teachers are committed to making their school successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children families and their team plays a crucial role in that success. Responsibilities include:
- Create a safe nurturing environment where children can learn and play
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Support your success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment accreditation growth and engagement
- Cultivate positive relationships with families teachers state licensing authorities community contacts and corporate partners
- Implement Learn And Play Montessori School Montessori STEM curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child

Requirements:
- 12 core ECE Units & Infant/toddler course completed
- Child Care Developmental Associate (CDA) Credential
- Willingness to change diapers
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
