Location: The Learning Experience Canton MI
Pay: $16$18 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Assist with daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
- Support developmentally appropriate experiences and classroom centers
- Help maintain a safe organized and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through transitions meals and group activities
- Encourage positive classroom participation and social interaction
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- Prior childcare experience required
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable nurturing and professional approach
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
