Preschool Registration Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Have a BA/BS from an accredited college and minimum ofthree (3) years of related experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of student registration procedures enrollmentpolicies and state and federal requirements.
• Knowledge of Infinite Campus or similar student database systems preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in student information systems spreadsheets databases and Googleplatforms.
• Demonstrate the ability to generate reports compile data and maintain accurate electronicand paper records.
• Possess strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability tomanage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability tocommunicate effectively with students parents staff administrators and community members.
• Exhibit integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates professionalism enthusiasm and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary.
• Demonstrate the ability to use computers for word processing data management reporting and telecommunications.
