Preschool Teacher Prepare Children for Kindergarten Success
The Learning Experience Worcester is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging play-based education. If youre passionate about helping children develop the academic social and emotional skills they need for kindergarten wed love to welcome you to our team.
Using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum youll create meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity creativity and independence every day.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging preschool lessons that promote kindergarten readiness
Support childrens literacy math science and social-emotional development
Create a positive structured and nurturing classroom environment
Observe childrens progress and communicate regularly with families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to maintain high-quality programming
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and all health and safety standards
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education and child development
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
