Pay: $17$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a preschool classroom focused on kindergarten readiness and whole-child development
- Implement engaging developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster childrens language literacy math science and social-emotional growth through hands-on learning
- Create a structured safe and welcoming classroom environment where every child can thrive
- Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to maintain a consistent high-quality classroom experience
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Maintain compliance with Maryland Office of Child Care (OCC) licensing requirements and health and safety standards
- Must be Preschool Teacher qualified under Maryland Office of Child Care regulations
- Previous experience leading a preschool classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management communication and organizational skills
- Dependable collaborative and passionate about early childhood education
