The Preschool Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of our Learning Links preschool program. This role partners closely with the Site Supervisor/Director to help ensure smooth program operations family support enrollment coordination and compliance within a collaborative inclusive early childhood environment.

Compensation: $32-$34/hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday 8 work hours per day between 8am 6pm Palo Alto Location

ABOUT THE ROLE What we value:

  • Support daily preschool operations enrollment and front desk coordination
    Partner with families by responding to inquiries and providing program support
    Maintain child records enrollment systems and licensing compliance documentation
    Assist with staff scheduling classroom support and teacher coverage as needed
    Help support a positive inclusive and high-quality learning environment for children and families

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 12 core ECE units as per Title 22 requirements preferred but not required- we will help you get your ECE units!
  • Experience teaching children ages 2-5 years old
  • Associate or bachelors degree or working towards completion

  • Valid California Drivers License/ID
  • Proof of negative TB test results

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:

Preschool Teacher responsibilities include the physical support of children:

  • Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Sit stand and bend frequently to engage children
