Preschool Classroom Assistant Needed

What Youll Do:

• Assist the lead teacher in delivering Montessori-based lessons and activities
• Help create a warm welcoming and stimulating classroom environment
• Provide personalized attention to help each child reach their full potential
• Support the daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive learning experience
• Ensure the classroom is safe clean and organized

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool children
• Completion of the 90 Hours Child Care Course is a strong plus
  
• A compassionate patient and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
