- Lead all aspects of center operations staffing enrollment and family engagement.
- Recruit hire train coach and develop teachers and leaders.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing health and safety standards and company expectations.
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
- Conduct classroom observations coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Drive enrollment growth retention and team engagement.

- Minimum 3-5 years of Leadership experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool
- Formal Education ECE Degree (Preferred)
- Colorado Shines PDIS Large Center Director Certificate required
- ECE Coursework PDIS credentials and supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and early childhood education
- Experience coaching mentoring and developing teams
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible (rotating) schedule including opening closing evening or weekend events
