Prep Cook, (Tiffin University)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Tiffin University in Tiffin OH. This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 8:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing chopping slicing dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes quality standards and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Culinary experience or education preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and food presentations skills
• Customer service focused nature
• Occasional weekends are required for special events
