Prep Cook, Part-time

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of part-time Prep Cook at Cleveland Heights University Heights City School District in University Heights. This is a day-shift position that works Monday - Friday no weekends no holidays and follows the school schedule with summers off. Free meal while working

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing chopping slicing dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes quality standards and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Culinary experience or education preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and food presentations skills
• Customer service focused nature
