Detailed Job Description:Cooks/Prep Cooks

• Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
• Communicates effectively and clearly
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
• Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift.
• Complies with company policies procedures equipment use and food preparation
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
• Handles stores labels dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
• Complies with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
• Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
• Assists in line service maintenance cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
• Follow procedures for Opening Closing and on-going cleanliness.
• Able to reach bend stoop and frequently
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
