• Prepare and cook meals following daily prep lists and special dietary guidelines.

• Serve lunch and dinner to students and assist with snacks and beverage prep.

• Set up kitchen workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.

• Perform basic cooking duties (e.g. boiling sautéing prepping simple dishes).

• Deliver meals to various campus residences and set up catering as needed.

• Keep the kitchen clean and organizedwash dishes sanitize surfaces take out trash.

• Receive and rotate inventory; label and store ingredients properly.

• Record temperatures for food safety and ensure compliance with sanitation protocols.

• Support the dish room and assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience as a prep cook is a plus but were happy to train the right person!

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Strong teamwork communication and organizational skills.

• Valid drivers license required.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or up to 200 with assistance) and be on your feet for long periods.
