Position Summary

The Premium Attendant is responsible for serving guests in our designated Performance Dining and Premium Game Day catering areas. The Premium Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Attendant must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$18.00 and is tip eligible.

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. Also OVG provides part-time seasonal and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked up to 48 hours per year.

This position will remain open until October 2 2026.

About the Venue

The Canvas Stadium is a state-of-the-art training facility for the Colorado State University football team. This complex includes a dedicated dining area known as Performance Dining where student-athletes enjoy nutritious meals designed to fuel their performance. The facility supports the teams rigorous training schedule and is an integral part of their athletic development.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards.
  • Take pride in personal appearance reporting to work in neat and clean clothing and maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by company policy.
  • Responsible for assisting with the setting up of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon the catering order.
  • Ensures all assigned catering areas are set prior to the event based upon communication from the Premium Manager or Assistant Premium Manager.
  • Responsible for organization and preparation of events in assigned locations.
  • Responsible for assisting in closing out spaces per event and ensuring correct inventory takes place.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and appearance throughout the event.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures upholding safety and sanitation standards and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition fulfillment.
  • Have full knowledge of catering menu items and accompaniments.
  • Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests.
  • Responsible for ensuring suites have all necessary serving ware.
  • Maintains sanitation health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Assured that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
  • Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.
  • All other duties assigned by the managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 years of experience serving in a catering setting.
  • Possess a valid food handling and alcohol service certificate if required by state and federal regulations (or be willing to obtain one within a 30-day timeframe from the date of hire).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly positive attitude with co-workers management staff volunteers and guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings nights weekends some holidays and long hours.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service organization and time management.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities keeping a positive attitude and a solution-based outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
