Precision Manufacturing Operator – Microscopy, Mon-Fri, 2 pm to 1030 pm

Our site inBedford MAis seeking amanufacturingOperatorto join our team.This will be on2ndShift andwillbe working with other team players inour ESC operations group.This role will involvepicking (requires using a microscope for long periods of time) inspectingandmeasuring aswell aswet etch operations to accomplish build and assembly ofechucksand other coated products.This role should be willing to crosstrainand support other work areas to support business needs.

What Youll Do:

• Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.

• Maintain a clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities.

• Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.

• Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspectionand other productiondatain Camline.

• Actively participate in shiftpass downsfor communication regarding safety quality and production priorities

• Follow work instructionsand fill out work orders and other documentation as required.

• Perform part assemblyand wet etchoperations.

• Pick off residue from parts coming out ofthe T-bonder using microscope and hand tools.

• Stackupparts to load into bonding tools.

• Inspectpartsvisually and with metrology toolsaccording to quality procedures.

• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.

• Adhere and promote Entegris PACE Values.

What We Seek:

• High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of1yrmanufacturing experience (Machine operation a plus)

• Able to work2ndShiftsand Overtimeincluding weekendswhen needed.

• Flexibility to train on 1stshift

• Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPAAcetoneFeCl HCL)

• Fluency in English isfor training purposes

• Able to look down into microscope for long durations

• Ability to work in clean room

• Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)

• Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp handtools andrepetitively twist wrist.

• Salary range is commensurate with experience $24-$26 per hour. This position is eligible for our annual incentive program.
