• Deburr polish and finish precision-machined medical device components
• Assemble small multi-component medical devices and instruments
• Follow work instructions assembly drawings and specifications
• Perform basic assembly testing and inspections
• Handle small delicate parts with care and precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing assembly production or hands-on work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small parts and components
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical assembly
• Medical device manufacturing
• Precision manufacturing
• Deburring polishing or finishing parts
• Clean room experience
• Working under magnification or microscopes
