1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Position Overview

The Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster prepares the product for coating through a variety of pre-treat methods to consistently meet customer specifications quality requirements and production standards.

What Youll Do

• Operate production equipment including media blast machines and chemical wash systems
• Prepare parts for coating through pre-treatment and blasting processes
• Follow schedules travelers and documented procedures
• Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Complete safety checks quality checks and chemical titration testing
• Maintain safety quality and productivity standards
• Cross-train and assist in multiple areas as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
