Merchology seeks a Pre-Press Specialist for our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Art Manager the Pre-Press Specialist is a critical role that provides customers with a review of their logo on specified products to ensure brand alignment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control are essential for success in this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Pre-Press Specialist will:

• Conduct thorough process and quality reviews of customer logos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of customer logos meticulously assessing color correction needs and efficiently coordinate the routing process to the Digitizing team.
• Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers who seek assistance with logo edits.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via chat email and phone.
• Timely communication and collaboration with Digitizing and Customer Service teams.
• Additional projects or duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is nice to have
• Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus
• Efficient and detail-oriented

• Remote hybrid role: Three days onsite and two days remote following training - there is no option for fully remote work
