PAY RANGE:$120K - $150K (based on experience)
PRE LITIGATION ROLE:
PRE LITIGATION ROLE:
- Attorney preferred but someone with a lot of personal injury medical work up negotiating experience and experience managing the department will be considered.
- Role is to manage a group of case managers and the proper medical work up of high volume of personal injury cases.
- Negotiate pre litigation settlements.
- Must have good knowledge of the personal injury field medical treatment and work up of personal injury accident cases.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Exceptional organizational skills including time management
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to type 60 wpm.
