Sentara Family Medicine Physicians - St. Lukes is now hiring a full-time Practice Manager III in Carrollton VA!

Clinic Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM

Overview

The Practice Manager III partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or complexity operations score 3 for hospital or office based specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service budget risk management and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies regulations and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance quality patient experience and team member performance.

Education

• Bachelors degree (Preferred)
• 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelors degree

Experience

• Healthcare - 3 years (Required)
• Supervisory - 3 years (Required)
• Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment (Preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $92705.60 - $142064.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
