Job Summary
Mystique Medical Spa is the Peoples Choice Award Winner for Best Medical Spa for 6 consecutive years. We are currently accepting applications for our Practice Manager position. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer the Practice Manager plays a critical role in supporting the growth structure and execution of the organization. This position will be responsible for aligning people processes and performance to drive operational excellence strong culture employee accountability and sustainable financial results. Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer the Practice Manager will implement monitor and maintain all protocols and processes of the practice while providing regular feedback to the COO.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead manage support and hold team members accountable for their respective responsibilities.
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and employee development and relations.
- Identify challenges related to staffing inventory systems and compliance and create and implement solutions to ensure the staff is aware and held accountable to those expectations.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs and revenue goals.
- Break down company goals into actionable targets including developing incentive and sales programs.
- Develop and implement operational systems and workflows across teams and departments.
- Oversee product service and compliance training for all levels of staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations including coordinating vendor training promotions and order placement and fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelors degree in business administration healthcare administration or closely related field.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations or management.
- Experience in dental dermatology and/or plastics is highly preferred.
- Strong people-management skills with a track record of both supporting and holding staff accountable.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining professionality and composure.
- Experience managing data overseeing and improving processes and procedures as well as structuring workflows for staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities including high emotional intelligence.
Position offers a competitive salary between $70000 - $85000 annually with generous benefits including Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance PTO Sick Time 401(k) with Company match and tiered revenue bonuses.
