Position Summary:As a Practice Manager you will ensure the efficient running of a fast-paced dental office and lead a successful team that consistently meets and exceeds patient practice and the organizations :Conduct regular staff huddles; foster open communication provide organization and practice updates and continually challenge and develop staffStay current with the latest OSHA HIPAA and ADA regulationsBuild and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staffHelp build new patient growth by supporting marketing programsEnsure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concernQualifications:H.S. diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferredA minimum of two years dental experience in a management roleMaintain annual OSHA HIPAA BLS and infection control training as required by lawProficiency with computer and dental software
