Job Summary
Overview
Our private orthodontic office is seeking an experienced orthodontic leader who excels at case acceptance patient experience team leadership and driving practice growth. This is not a traditional office manager position were looking for someone who enjoys building a high-performing team and helping grow a thriving orthodontic practice in Burbank CA area! Compensation: $42-48 per hour based on experience

Qualifications
- 5 years of ortho management experience
- Leadership skills that drive new patient conversion
- A professional who is patient-focused and excels in building relationships
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Oversees KPIs and Collections
- Handles HR and operations
- Financial/Insurance experience is required
- Itero scanning experience is a plus
