Practice Lead

Our office Triangle Implant Center - Mequon is seeking a Practice Lead to join our busy specialty practice. The Practice Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of the practice by helping to coordinate front office and clinical activities. Thisteam memberserves as a resource for staff steps intoassistwhere needed and helpsmaintaina smooth efficient and positive environment for patients and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to helpmaintainefficient patient flow across front office and clinical areas
• Serve as a point of contact for team questions or workflow troubleshooting throughout the day
• Assist with administrative tasks scheduling adjustments and front office coverage as needed
• Help new team members acclimate to office workflows and procedure
• Communicates any issues concerns or needs to the Practice Administrator for follow-up
• Collaborate with the team and Practice Administrator to promote a positive team-focused environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of similar experience in a dental setting
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows
• Proficiency in dental practice management software
• Positive team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Reliable organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment
  
• Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas
  
• Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods
  
• Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments
  
• Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
  
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  
• Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations
