POSITION SUMMARY:
- Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the local radiology practice partnering with physicians and business development teams to expand the market.
- Manage practice operations budgets operating expenses capacity planning key performance metrics and initiatives that improve quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR IT Credentialing Legal RCM scheduling and other functional teams to ensure physicians are fully supported and operational needs are addressed.
- Oversee physician onboarding licensing credentialing billing compliance quality programs and implementation of technology and practice management systems.
- Build strong relationships with physician clients and radiologists while fostering a productive team-oriented environment through consistent communication and high service standards. Location: Miami FL (Baptist Hospital of Miami)
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hold a bachelors degree; a graduate degree such as an MHA or MBA is preferred.
- Bring 5 years of relevant experience in management healthcare administration or radiology with radiology management or private practice experience preferred.
- Demonstrate experience in accounting revenue cycle management finance P&L oversight and successful budget management.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and executive stakeholders with demonstrated success building strong physician relationships.
- Apply strong leadership customer relationship management process design attention to detail follow-through and adaptability in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
